We make messy systems work.
Fractional leadership across ops, design, dev, brand, and go-to-market. Agents in the loop, people on the hook. Ships.
Three raccoons in a trench coat. Still.
The usual situation
You raised. You’re building. The company part of the company lives in your head.
Pipeline is in Slack. The board deck is a lost weekend. Nobody can tell you what a hire actually costs, and the three “we should” items from the offsite are still “we should.”
That’s when people call us. We come in, figure out what’s broken, fix it, and build the thing that keeps it fixed after we leave.
How this goes
Five ways, usually.
- You want someone to look at the whole thing and tell you what’s actually broken. Two weeks. You get a written read you won’t entirely enjoy, a 90-day plan with names on it, and the first fixes shipped while we’re in there.
- You want someone running it. Two or three days a week. We own the cadence, the board and investor materials, hiring, vendors, cash, policy, comms. We build it to run without us, then we leave. Retainers end. That’s the point.
- You need the seat filled now. Executive Director, COO, Chief of Staff, for a defined window, while you find the person or while the thing winds down.
- You want the operating layer built with agents and run by people. Agents draft, people decide. Every agent has an owner and an off switch, and nothing goes in front of your customers without a human reading it first.
- You need a thing made. A brand, a go-to-market plan, a site, a deck, a launch, an internal tool. Scoped per project, run by us, shipped with people we have hired before.
What each one looks like, week by week, is on the services page.
What we cover
- Ops
- The cadence, the money, the people, the vendors, the board.
- Workflows
- Intake, approvals, handoffs, reporting. Most of it needs a clear path and an owner before it needs any AI.
- Agents
- Agents that draft, triage, and watch the numbers, with a person reading everything before it counts. Every agent has an owner and an off switch.
- Design
- Brand, product, the site. Five-plus years running operations inside a design agency, so we know what good looks like and what it costs.
- Dev
- Internal tools, dashboards, integrations. Built by us, or scoped and shipped through people we have hired before.
- Brand
- Name, voice, identity, the deck that gets you the meeting.
- Go-to-market
- Positioning, launch, the first sales motion.
If it’s not on this list, we know who has done it, and we’ve hired them before.
